Let me explain why I love it…

First we should know are worth, one of the most important things we should do is know what we want out of life. What are goals and what is the plan to achieve. 

Be doing this it will have us focus to working towards achieving them. 

Secondly, we need to control our emotions, you can easily make wrong decisions when emotionally charged. 

One of the biggest things I have seen time and time again in the fitness industry, especially those people who don’t have a personal trainer, is losing motivation, feeling like they have failed and given up on their goals. 

If I’m honest, the feeling of being motivated will drop at some point, it’s natural. What need to happen is that when it does you accept it and replace it with desire and discipline! 

You have to stay on it if you want to achieve your goals, commitment and consistency wins every day, month and year over feeling motivated. 

And Third and final point, you should never settle. Again I see way to many soups that are unhappy and uncomfortable with their health, whether it’s their weight, shape or strength. 

The worse thing you could do is start something and not see it through to the end no matter how many times you hit a bump in the road or how small that forward step feels. 

You got to keep on going!!!

You deserve to be at your healthiest, feel and look your best in all your outfits, you should even be able to look in the mirror at any point and love what you see staring back at you.  Also you should feel in your body that you have the vitality to love live to the fullest, have the spring in your step the moment you open your eyes each morning. 

The 2 biggest commodities with have in our life are our health and time. This is why we should be as healthy as can possibly be so we can enjoy as much time we are here with our loved ones, friends doing thing that give us fulfilment. 

That should include hobbies and socialising as well work. 

This is why I love being a personal trainer, I can tick a lot of those boxes, I can on my health, build connection with people while having fun doing it.
