
Our member Sam used to be an evening binge eater and was stuck in a vicious cycle that went like this:
- Wakes up feeling crap and tired.
- Eats and drinks crap to feel good over the day.
- Feels tired throughout the day.
- Because she’s tired, she doesn’t train or exercise.
- Gets through the day, but feels exhausted.
- Eats and drinks crap to feel good in the evening.
- Wakes up the next day feeling drained and rubbish.
And the cycle continues.
But over time, the volume of food and drink gets higher.
And so do the dress sizes.
While her confidence levels got lower.
She felt stuck not knowing what to do.

The cycle can easily be broken. Sometimes you just need a little help, like Sam did.

Don’t get me wrong Sam still enjoys biscuits, chocolates, and wine still.
But it’s now a treat that she enjoys, rather than a vice she uses to feel good.
