I have been with BCA for a month now and it has been an absolutely amazing experience. There is a great community at BCA with dedicated trainers and consistent members.The trainers are extremely helpful and good at their job.In such a short time, I am beginning to notice the changes in myself, both physically and mentally. I joined BCA fitness to get back into exercise and take control of my health. Dwayne and Jason have made it a great experience, with 45 min sessions it’s easy to fit in, and broken into easy to manage sessions. Each exercise is personalised for your abilities, you won’t be ignored or left to struggle. They are a great team. It’s an awesome community and everyone supports each other. Come and give it a go.

BCA is a complete lifeline for me to get back to an appropriate level of fitness after basically neglecting myself due to a career change and being silly busy. Dwayne and his trainers are responsive, supportive and offer a personalised and professional workout to suit individual needs. Smooth booking system, small groups and an excellent well equipped location. A big plus is the ability to choose a flexible schedule that works with a busy life. Highly recommend.

I've joined more than 1 year ago and I couldn't recommend it more!! It's a really welcoming environment with small classes and lovely people! Personally, I never thought about attending women's-only-class before, but I can now appreciate how special it is - I met loads of like-minded people, and I feel 100% comfortable during the classes. No matter how long and stressful my day was, I always leave the class feeling better!!I was active before joining and I was looking for a routine and support on my fitness journey and that's exactly what I got! The trainers have been with me every step of the way, tailoring every exercise to my specific needs. They have both challenged me and supported me at the same time, making sure that I am getting healthier and stronger at my own rhythm. Thank you 😀
