Absolutely! Personalisation is key to getting the best possible results, which is each session in our programme is modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
Every session is lead by one of our passionate fitness coaches who makes sure they are fun and challenging to make sure you get the maximum out of it but are also monitoring throughout to give the support and encouragement so that you great when you finish each session.
Our small group personal training sessions combine the best part of 1:1 training where you have the attention and individualised programme in a fun and supportive environment.
Unlike the typical class that you may have experienced, our sessions are limited to a maximum 8 people at once.
This means that you won't get lost in the group or find yourself unsure of what to do. Plus, you'll have other people alongside you helping you to progress.
We are located at St Andrew’s Hall, St Andrew’s Road, Cambridge, CB4 1DH.
Our sessions Monday - Saturday during the morning and evenings. Our timetable is flexible to work around your schedule.
It's natural to feel like that when starting a new routine/habit and meeting new people for the first time. Everyone who is currently a member of the BCA community will hold their hands up and tell you they probably felt exactly the same thing.
