How Long Does It Take?

 

Do you ever stress about not being where you want to be like me?

Not hitting your goals, whether that is health, work or in your life.


My one bit of advice that I have taken from people who have achieved goals similar to mine is not to stress about them​, especially if you are looking in the past trying to work out what you could and should have done different.

Set simple goals to build a foundation to move you forward and be consistent!

No goals can or will be achieved without consistency and discipline.


So what I would ask you to do with you goals is write them down, set 1-3 simple task to do daily/weekly to move you forward to achieving them​, but most of all be consistent with your actions and stay discipline to ticking of your task of your list.
