Today is about showing love and for me this starts with you, the best way to show yourself some love is with looking after your health, fitness and well-being.
What have you started or wanting to work on to improve your health?
What have area of your fitness are you wanting to be better at?
What part of your overall well-being do you want to see and feel a difference in?
If you haven’t got an answer for these 3 questions I would take some time out of the day of love and think about and write down answers for each question.
