How Much Do You Want It?

How much do you really want it?

It’s a question you need to ask yourself before and during each workout, it’s a question I asked the BCA Fitness members here in Cambridge.

Progress demand you to push past your previous best. That is what I let them know as their Personal Trainer.

We hear it all the time get comfortable being uncomfortable because it’s true!

The reps and sets that ensure you are making progress or the ones where you feel discomfort especially at the end of each set and each workout.

That discomfort is needed for progress.

Embrace and enjoy that feeling of discomfort because the success and goals you want to achieve will come after.
