Does Your Goals & Behaviour Match?

I came across this post while I was ill in bed most of last week,

I do not wish anyone to get bacterial tonsillitis, it was horrible!

Even worse than MAN FLU​!!!

The statement above really hit home for me,

we want to achieve amazing things in our lives whether that be with your health, fitness, career, hobbies…

But do we live the life needed to achieve our goals?

Do we have the right structure, routine and habits in place?

Are we disciplined and​ committed?

Are we consistent with our actions?

My point is this, having dreams and goals are nice but living your life with the habits and routines to achieve / maintain them​ is better.
