Sorry Not Sorry

Forgive me for making this the 1st communication of year with you.

I am sure you have been spammed with loads of new year offers and discount codes.

The reason it’s the middle of the month and I am onlt sending this out now is because I have away on holiday.

I can’t lie to you, this holiday was so needed!

By the end of 2024 I was mentally, emotionally and physically burnt out.

Things I wanted to get done I couldn’t. I really did not have the mental capacity or energy to do half the stuff I wanted which lead to me being ill not once but twice in the run up to Christmas and New Year.

I was so bad I actually contemplated cancelling or postponing my holiday.

Luckily enough I made enough of a recovery to get on the plane, which was a hard journey when you are not feeling 100%.

But enough of things that happened to me in 2024, it’s about looking forward in 2025 now that I am rested mentally and physically to achieve some big goals in my personal life as well as with BCA Fitness.

Here are 5 goals that I will achieve this year:

  • Open up a BCA Fitness Studio to help create a bigger community.
  • Help over a 100 people live a healthier lifestyle in and around the Cambridge area.
  • Take 3 holidays, one being a family holiday.
  • Take more breaks throughout the year so I don’t burn out like I did in 2024.

Cut down my scrolling time on my phone, I waste way too much going down the social media rabbit hole.

P.s. I am not the strongest swimmer so that is me in my life jacket enjoying floating over a cave which has the depth of 12 metres in places. I mainly stayed in the places of 1 metre and 2 metres lol, I should put that as one of my goals in 2025 to become a more confident swimmer.
